1. About the service
Sparebørsen is a cashback service that gives you money back when you shop with our partner stores via links on spareborsen.dk. The service is free to use. Your contracting party is Mosel AS (Norwegian company registration number 937 308 809), Inndalsveien 5, 5063 Bergen, Norway.
2. Registration
To use the service you must have an account. You must be at least 18 years old. You log in by email or with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what happens from your account.
3. How cashback works
- Cashback is earned when you click an affiliate link via Sparebørsen and complete a purchase that the store approves.
- The cashback rate varies between partner stores and may change without notice. The rate shown as you click through is the one that applies to the purchase.
- It may take as long as 90 days before the store confirms a purchase.
- Returns, cancelled orders and purchases you withdraw from earn no cashback. If you exercise your right of withdrawal against the store, the associated cashback lapses.
- Cashback is calculated from Sparebørsen's share of the commission from the partner store and is stated in Danish kroner (DKK).
4. Payout
Earned and approved cashback may be paid out once your balance is at least 100 kr. The payout is made via a payment link from Revolut that you open and complete yourself, so we never ask for your account number. The link is sent to the email address connected to your account.
5. Limitations
- Ad blockers and the blocking of cookies may prevent tracking, in which case no cashback is registered.
- Cashback cannot be guaranteed: it depends on the partner store approving the purchase.
- Misuse of the service (fabricated purchases, accounts in other people's names) leads to exclusion and to cashback that has not yet been paid out being reclaimed.
6. Limitation of liability
Sparebørsen brokers the contact between you and the stores. We sell no goods and are not responsible for products, deliveries, complaints or disputes with the stores: the store is your counterparty in the purchase. Cashback amounts shown before a purchase is confirmed are estimates and may differ from the final payout.
7. Changes
We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email or in the service. If you keep using the service after the change has taken effect, you thereby accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you may close your account at no cost.
8. Sparebørsen for businesses
Sparebørsen for businesses, the subscription for stores and service providers, is not yet offered in Denmark. Sections 1 to 7 therefore apply to the consumer service. If you are a store and would like to work with us, that goes via the affiliate networks, see for partners. When the business subscription launches in Denmark, separate terms apply, which you accept on registration.
9. Right of withdrawal and complaints
Sparebørsen is free for you as a consumer: you do not shop at our premises, so there is nothing to withdraw from towards us. The right of withdrawal applies to the purchase you make at the store: under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven) you normally have 14 days to withdraw in distance selling, counted from the day you received the goods. The right of withdrawal is exercised against the store, not against us. If the purchase is withdrawn from or returned, the cashback it earned lapses.
If you are dissatisfied with how we have handled your case, please write to us first at hej@spareborsen.dk. If we do not reach agreement, you may get help from Forbruger Europa (ECC Denmark, forbrugereuropa.dk), which advises on cross-border trade in the EU/EEA, because we are established in Norway. General consumer guidance is available at forbrug.dk. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
10. Governing law and disputes
The agreement is entered into with Mosel AS in Norway. Danish law applies to the extent that mandatory Danish consumer protection rules require it; otherwise Norwegian law applies. As a consumer resident in Denmark you never lose the protection that follows from mandatory Danish rules. You may always bring proceedings against us before the court where you live in Denmark, or, if you prefer, before Bergen tingrett (Bergen District Court), and we may bring proceedings against you only before a Danish court. For disputes that do not involve a consumer, Bergen tingrett is the proper venue.
